A licensed practitioner is on site during opening hours, and dispensing follows Thailand's prescription-based rules as of 2026: in person only, against a prescription on form PT33, for visitors aged 20 and over.
The area itself is one of eastern Bangkok's main shopping corridors. Paradise Park and Seacon Square anchor the road, and the MRT Yellow Line monorail runs along Srinagarindra, which makes the trip from central Bangkok straightforward without a car. The same connections also make the shop easy to reach if you are staying around On Nut, Udom Suk, or Bang Na: ride the BTS to Samrong and change to the Yellow Line.
